As I said before, AV was created mainly to house my junk. It's become a little personal project of mine. I enjoy exploring my creativity through various mediums, making a site seemed like another appealing way to do that.

The name of the site, Angelic Vision, came to me much like how writing comes to me. Phrases, lines, words are always in my head, especially when I have an idea. I also wanted something that I could link to my online alias/pen name (Jess Angel) and real life self. And then, one day in the shower, I kid you not, the phrase came to me: "Though perfection unattained, there still remains -- Angelic Vision."

Dead on. It was exactly what I was looking for. It fit my person, my faith, and my name. I am a perfectionist and believe that although no man can achieve perfection, it's still worth striving for. There still exists this need to be all that you can be (excuse the old Army slogan =P). An 'angelic vision,' if you will.

This is getting kind of deep, eh?

I've also found the intials AV particularly amusing. Anyone who knows me in RL knows what I'm talking about. Quite the odd coincidence.
